Upon full payment, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the NMS software for your internal business operations, up to the device limits of your selected plan.
License keys are sent to your registered email within 24 hours after payment confirmation. For manual bank transfers, delivery begins after funds clear.
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with Infusionicsoft. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the software.
Yearly licenses auto‑expire. You will receive renewal reminders 30 days before expiry. Non‑renewal leads to deactivation after a 7‑day grace period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
